There are young people all over the world — a lot of them at Christian universities — who are genuinely interested in what business looks like when it is built to serve rather than to accumulate.

Come and Learn It on the Job

Very few of them have anywhere to go and watch it actually happen.

We would like to be one of the places they can.

We Cannot Pay You Yet

That is the first thing to say, because everything else on this page depends on it.

Experiment Inc. is early. There is no intern budget, and we are not going to imply there is one to get someone in the door. In practice, an internship here works if you are raising your own support, or studying, or have part-time work covering your costs, or you are in some other season where your needs are already met.

If that is not you, this is not a no forever. It is a no for now, and we would rather be clear than spend months of your time finding out.

What You Would Actually Be Doing

Real work, because there is not any other kind here. Depending on what you are good at and what is in front of us: building the systems the enterprises run on, working on client delivery, supporting the training pipeline, research, writing, or sitting inside the unglamorous work of getting a business legally and financially off the ground in another country.

You would see how the decisions get made, which is the part no course can give you. Including the ones we get wrong.

Why We Want You Here

Partly because we need the help. Mostly because the people best equipped to lead the next enterprise are the ones who came up inside this one, and an internship is the earliest point that can start.

(How that pipeline works → Developing Leaders from Within.) Some of the businesses this organization eventually launches will be the idea of somebody who first showed up as an intern.

And When We Are Hiring

Open roles will appear here too. There are none today.

is honest and it leads with the constraint, which makes it self-selecting rather than misleading. The risk is not the writing, it is the inbound: a page inviting interns with no application, no named contact and no stated response time generates email Clint cannot answer, and an ignored enquiry from an enthusiastic 21-year-old costs more goodwill than having no page at all. One form and a promised

reply window is enough. Until that exists, hold it.*
